GE Roofing System
For over 30-years, the GE Roofing System has proven to be a cost effective,
energy efficient, permanent roof system that is fully warranted and backed
by GE. This system is renewable and sustainable and can last for the life
of the building.
Roofing Warranty
The GE Roof warranty is available for 10, 20 and 30 Year terms.
It is non-prorated, covers labor and materials, is transferable to new
building owners, can be sustained and renewed indefinitely, and is fully
backed by the Financial Strength of GE. No other roof warranty provides
this much protection.
Engineered Solutions
GE Engineered Solutions is a turnkey installation package for a GE Roofing
System. The package price includes all costs for consulting, engineering,
project management, and installation.

Our Procurement Programs offer a variety of cost saving purchasing strategies
that can be custom tailored to fit a client’s business profile.
Repair Program
When full roof replacement is not required, the GE Repair Program can
economically solve current leak problems. A unique advantage of our system
is that the repairs are designed to eventually become part of a new roof
system.

Our Investment Analysis combines projected energy savings with life cycle
cost comparisons to illustrate the economic advantages of a GE Roofing
